Lead and manage cross-functional projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Develop project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and performance.
Coordinate initiatives across legal, finance, operations, marketing, and administrative teams.
Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards, and business recommendations.
Facilitate leadership meetings, document action items, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
Support change management initiatives and drive adoption of new processes and systems.
Track key business metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Act as a trusted strategic partner to leadership, managing special projects and high-priority initiatives as they arise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in project management, operations, business transformation, management consulting, or a Chief of Staff role.
Experience working within professional services, consulting, legal, financial services, or other fast-paced client-facing organizations is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong execution capabilities.
Comfortable operating independently in a remote environment while collaborating across distributed teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, or similar tools.
Benefits:
Competitive compensation package in foreign currency.
Fully remote work.
Regular initiatives for training and professional development.
Join our expanding team and play a central role in supporting the success of our partner organizations. If you are passionate about legal administration and providing exceptional operational support, we encourage you to apply!
