Executive Assistant - Legal and Compliance

Job Description:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant with a strong legal, compliance, or corporate administration background to provide high-level support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent written communication, and a keen eye for detail. Experience working in legal, compliance or other highly regulated environments is highly preferred.
This role requires someone who can confidently manage executive priorities, prepare professional documentation, conduct research, coordinate meetings, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-level executive and administrative support to senior leadership.
Manage complex calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Draft, proofread, edit, and professionally format reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Conduct research and prepare briefing notes, reports, and executive summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Maintain confidential files, records, and executive documentation.
Assist with compliance, governance, and administrative processes where required.
Track deadlines, priorities, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Support project coordination and special executive initiatives.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or Executive Coordinator supporting senior executives.
Previous experience working in legal, compliance, corporate governance, financial services, or another regulated industry is highly preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Advanced document formatting skills using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience drafting executive correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation.
Excellent calendar management and executive scheduling experience.
Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and ability to produce polished, client-ready documents.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams is preferred.
