Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal with a strong background in UK immigration law and procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting immigration applications, managing client documentation, conducting eligibility assessments, and assisting solicitors and immigration advisors with a variety of UK immigration matters.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple immigration cases while providing exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Assist solicitors and immigration advisors with the preparation and submission of UK immigration applications.
Manage a caseload of immigration matters and maintain accurate case records.
Prepare and review application forms, supporting documents, cover letters, and legal correspondence.
Conduct preliminary eligibility assessments for prospective clients.
Liaise with clients to collect required documentation and ensure complete application packages.
Monitor case progress and maintain communication with clients throughout the immigration process.
Conduct legal and policy research relating to UK immigration rules and regulations.
Assist with visa applications including Skilled Worker Visas, Sponsor Licences, Family Visas, Visitor Visas, Student Visas, Settlement Applications, and British Citizenship applications.
Support compliance and document management processes.
Maintain accurate records using case management and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal, Immigration Caseworker, or Immigration Legal Assistant.
Strong experience supporting UK immigration matters and visa applications.
Familiarity with UKVI requirements, immigration rules, sponsor licence compliance, and application procedures.
Experience handling Skilled Worker, Sponsor Licence, Family, Student, Visitor, Settlement, and Citizenship applications.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience using immigration case management systems, CRMs, and document management platforms.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
