Account Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Account Manager to oversee and grow relationships with our partner organizations. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact between Teams Squared, our clients, and placed talent, ensuring exceptional service delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth. Experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, team augmentation, or professional services is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of client accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client check-ins, business reviews, and performance discussions.
Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and talent management teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support of placed professionals.
Monitor account health, identify potential risks, and proactively resolve client concerns.
Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling additional Teams Squared services.
Track key account metrics, utilization, and client feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
Assist with contract renewals, scope adjustments, and commercial discussions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities within CRM systems.
Prepare reports, presentations, and account updates for internal leadership and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Success, Customer Success, Business Development, Staffing, Recruitment, BPO, Outsourcing, or Professional Services.
Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving client retention.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience managing multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems is preferred.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
