Automations Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist with experience designing, implementing, and optimizing automation solutions for law firms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI-powered voice agents, workflow automation platforms, CRM integrations, and legal operations technology. This role will focus on streamlining client intake, case management processes, document workflows, and client communications through automation and AI-driven solutions.
Experience working with legal technology platforms, AI voice assistants, and process automation tools in a law firm environment is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain automated workflows to improve law firm operations and client experience.
Implement and manage AI voice agents for client intake, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and client communication.
Integrate automation tools with legal practice management systems, CRMs, communication platforms, and document management systems.
Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation.
Develop and optimize automations using platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
Configure and maintain API integrations between legal software platforms and third-party applications.
Monitor automation performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve workflows.
Collaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and operations teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Create documentation, SOPs, and training materials for implemented automation systems.
Stay current with emerging AI, voice agent, and legal technology trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in workflow automation, business process automation, or legal operations technology.
Proven experience implementing and managing AI voice agents and conversational AI solutions.
Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, Workato, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, system integrations, and data workflows.
Experience working with CRM systems, legal practice management software, or client intake platforms.
Knowledge of AI tools including OpenAI, Anthropic, Voiceflow, Vapi, Bland AI, Retell AI, ElevenLabs, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
