Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial / Corporate Paralegal to support a growing Australian legal practice. This role is suited for a legal support professional who is confident handling administrative and paralegal responsibilities within a fast-paced commercial legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally.

• Provide administrative and paralegal support across commercial and corporate legal matters.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal files and documentation.

• Assist with drafting correspondence and legal documents where required.

• Conduct legal research and support ongoing legal matters.

• Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and document management processes.

• Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner.

• Assist with diary management, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.

• Ensure tasks are completed accurately and within required deadlines.

• Utilize LEAP practice management software for file and matter management.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience working within an Australian legal practice is essential.

• Experience supporting Commercial and/or Corporate Law matters is preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience using LEAP practice management software is highly preferred.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general legal administration systems.

• Professional, proactive, and client-focused approach to work.
