Commercial Lawyer & Conveyancing Paralegal

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Commercial Lawyer & Conveyancing Paralegal to support a growing Australian legal practice.

This role will involve a combination of commercial legal support and conveyancing matters, requiring a candidate who is organized, commercially aware, and confident managing files within an Australian legal environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of working independently, and comfortable handling multiple matters simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

· Commercial Law Support

· Assist with drafting, reviewing, and managing commercial agreements and legal documentation

· Support commercial transactions and business-related legal matters

· Conduct legal research and prepare correspondence where required

· Liaise with clients and third parties in a professional manner

· Maintain accurate file management and documentation processes

· Conveyancing Support

· Manage conveyancing files from commencement through to settlement

· Prepare contracts, settlement documents, and related correspondence

· Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, and relevant authorities

· Coordinate settlements and track key milestones and deadlines

· Ensure compliance with Australian conveyancing procedures and requirements

Experience & Requirements

· Previous experience within an Australian legal practice is essential

· Experience in commercial law and/or conveyancing matters

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management systems

· Familiarity with Australian legal processes and documentation standards
