Senior Finance Manager (US)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager with strong exposure to US-based accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance for US companies, preferably within fast-paced or multi-client environments. Experience supporting remote teams and working with international stakeholders is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) initiatives to support strategic business decisions.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and general ledger activities.
Ensure compliance with US tax regulations, financial policies, and internal controls.
Collaborate with leadership teams to develop financial strategies and performance metrics.
Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial service providers.
Implement and optimize accounting systems, financial processes, and reporting tools.
Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and operational planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is highly preferred.
Minimum of 7+ years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting standards, and US financial compliance requirements.
Proven experience handling financial operations for US-based companies.
Advanced proficiency in accounting and ERP software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, SAP, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Experience working in outsourcing, BPO, staffing, or professional services environments is a plus.
Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace.
Availability to work overlapping US business hours.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive financial information.
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools is mandatory.
