We’re currently hiring for an Account Manager (Legal) to join one of our client teams that specializes in immigration law. The ideal candidate will work closely with both internal teams and clients to guide individuals through a smooth and supportive client experience throughout the resolution process.

Requirements

• Manage client processes, including gathering relevant scheduling consultations, and ensuring accurate case intake

• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer questions, and manage expectations throughout the process

• Coordinate with legal professionals, mediators and support staff to ensure seamless case handoffs and follow-through

• Track case progress and client engagement using Hubspot CRM tool, ensuring high responsiveness and accountability

• Identify and escalate issues or delays that could affect client satisfaction or case progression

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a legal, case management, or client-facing role — preferably in an immigration or legal support environment

• Good prior experience with the HubSpot CRM is mandatory.

• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
