Cold Caller
Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Cold Caller / Outbound Sales Representative to support our client acquisition efforts. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calling, and initial client engagement. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, resilient to rejection, and skilled at building rapport quickly. Experience in B2B outreach, appointment setting, or sales development is highly preferred.
Responsibilities :
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists.
Introduce company services clearly and effectively, generating interest and qualifying leads.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM systems.
Follow call scripts while adapting messaging based on prospect responses.
Handle objections professionally and persistently to maximize conversion rates.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications :
A qualification that is equivalent to your work experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales development, or similar roles.
Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident phone presence.
Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and dialing systems is a plus.
Excellent listening skills and ability to quickly assess prospect needs.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Requirements :
Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet working environment.
Availability to work in aligned time zones with target markets (e.g., US, UK, or Australia as required).
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding outreach or sales KPIs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Prior experience in B2B outreach or appointment setting is highly desirable.
